As early as 2002, the firm advised the Governor of Missouri on Renewable and Alternative energy, including the development of Wind Farms. In New Mexico, thru its portfolio company TransSolar Energy, the Firm in conjunction with Freeport McMoran planned some of the first Solar Farms on Copper lands that had interconnect rights to the grid for power transmission to Southern California.

Aura Energy, another investment, was an early entrant in Biogas from Dairy Herds using Anobolic Digesters for gas production.

In the Permian Basin, the Firm assembled Drilling Rig companies active in the Permian, Eagle Ford and Haynes.

In the Shale Plays of the Marcellus and Utica, the Firm originated, master planned, leased and arranged funding for a 1,700 acre development of terminals, warehouses, transload facilities, rail yards, barge moorings, and natural gas power plant development on the Ohio River.

Water Treatment facilities, deep water wells and logistic transportation terminals are a primary focus.

In DownStream Energy, the firm is actively pursuing investments in Energy Transition and Infrastructure, EV and Hydrogen, and Petroleum Distribution, including energy Hubs and C-Store logistics.
